My journey into photography began during my senior year of high school in 2022-2023, when I enrolled in a mass media class. We were tasked with capturing our school's sports teams, and I immediately fell in love with the process. The thrill of finding the perfect shot, the challenge of timing and composition, it all clicked.
I purchased my first camera, a Fujifilm X-T1, and it became my constant companion. That summer, I brought it with me on a trip to Central Europe in 2023, and that's when everything changed. Walking through new cities, discovering hidden corners, and capturing moments exactly as I envisioned them, I was hooked.
Since then, I've continued exploring the world through my lens. From the vibrant streets of Japan in 2024 to the breathtaking landscapes of Southern Africa in 2025, each journey deepens my appreciation for visual storytelling and pushes me to see the world differently. With a trip to Turkey planned for 2026, I'm excited to keep capturing new perspectives.
There's something magical about combing through thousands of photos until you find that one perfect frame. That moment when an image turns out exactly how you pictured it in your mind, that's what keeps me going.
I love shooting what I see, going to specific locations and discovering interesting compositions. Every place has a story, and I enjoy finding the visual language to tell it.
My interest in videography actually started long before I picked up a camera for photography. From a young age, I ran a YouTube channel where I created vlogs and gaming content. Those early experiences taught me the fundamentals of storytelling, editing, and engaging an audience.
As I grew, my approach to video evolved. I discovered a passion for crafting narratives, developing scripts with meaning and then capturing cinematics that bring those ideas to life. While I'm still growing in this medium, I love the challenge of creating something that moves, something that resonates with emotion and story.
When a video comes together, when all the pieces align to create something meaningful, that's when I know I'm on the right path.
